I do love this urgent care. I was surprised the doctor didn't want to run any tests though, I was ultimately diagnosed with Pneumonia at my PCP. Everyone was extremely friendly though!
I love this place!!
I don't like the long lines on weekends. There were people LITERALLY getting out of their car who had arrived after us and running to the line to cut in front of us while I was trying to unload my son from his car seat who had asthma. It was a joke, two groan adults acting like children cutting ahead in line. One lady who cut directly in front of us had a bee sting, my son had struggled with asthma all night and was having difficulty breathing. The bee sting lady was brought back AHEAD of my son who had breathing problems along with two other patients who seemed to have colds/flus. I know my son's patient's rights and breathing is a triage priority. It is not very ethical to be forced to stand in line with an asthmatic 3 year old who is very heavy who has difficulty standing while having asthma. I had to stand and hold him because if I sat we would lose our place in line. Please know that this lining up situation is not safe for sick people. There was no seating where the line was. This is a huge liability. Maybe have someone come in like 30 minutes early and walk around with an iPad and pre-register and start treating immediately at 9. Or, open the doors 30 minutes sooner and then start treating at 9. Maybe also post some common courtesy rules for people who are being rude and rushing to the door. This experience before entering the facility was maddening and even more infuriating was that these two adults saw I was unbuckling a toddler and trying to carry him and we had arrived first and they basically ran to get ahead of me and IT WAS MOTHER'S DAY! And they had just a bee sting and a cold! (I know this because they said so while waiting in line. This was the type of infuriating human experience that really ruins the visit. Please do something to try to encourage grown ups to ACT LIKE GROWN UPS.)
great urgent care and great stafff. the front office were very friendly to patients even though not all the patients were friendly to them.
I'm thankful for your facility. I have used it many times (I am * years old and have been on Prednisone for 3.5 years so I don't heal too well). Also It is so hard to get an appointment with regular doctor and sometimes I know that I shouldn't wait for 2 or 3 days before being seen by someone (especially at my age).

Physician Bio

My background as an urgent care physician allows me to offer patients a wide range of expertise, including experience in diagnosing and treating conditions not typically seen by a family medicine physician. From acute symptoms and sports injuries, to chronic conditions and common illnesses, I enjoy helping patients recover and regain their health.

In an urgent care setting, the emphasis is on fast and accurate diagnosis and treatment; now as a full-time family doctor, I have the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with my patients, something I find very rewarding. Seeing patients for all of their medical concerns allows me to offer more personalized care and more effectively improve their well-being.
