Can you cope with life's realities through laughter? Yes, and by doing so you'll improve your emotional and physical health. Believe it or not, you don't need to feel good, have a reason, or even have a sense of humor in order to laugh. In this workshop, you will gain the tools necessary to practice humor and laughter on a daily
basis -- and enjoy the benefits, from improved immune function to reduced stress. The class will focus on Laughter Yoga, a series of exercises that use the basic principles of yoga to help stimulate laughter. Taught by Katie Ruebsamen, MSW, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
