Come and learn about the emotional and mental roadblocks that can prevent you from shedding pounds—and learn practical techniques and tools to succeed. From conquering negative self-talk to avoiding emotional eating, discover how to overcome the reasons most diets fail or the weight loss doesn’t last.

Taught by a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Therapist, this 10-week program, meets Mondays from February 17 through April 21, offers education and encouragement as you begin to move toward a healthy, more vibrant lifestyle. You’ll also have the chance to try new exercise options, such as Pilates and Yoga, and discover first-hand what works for you.

• Eliminate self-defeating behaviors and thoughts
• Recognize and manage food triggers
• Learn how to use food for healing
• Develop successful strategies for recovering from setbacks
