Synergy, a Medical Fitness Center

Located at the St. Jude Centers for Rehabilitation and Wellness, Synergy offers a more focused environment than traditional gyms as well as an innovative array of classes. We offer classes for every intensity level-from post-rehabilitation and physical therapy programs to active adult fitness and weekend warrior performance training. Synergy also offers a full spectrum of health promotion and wellness services such as individual and family nutrition consultation, and stress management training.

Whether you're interested in getting help overhauling the way you eat, learning how to overcome emotional barriers that sabotage success, or just have a fantastic workout-Synergy can help.

Synergy offers:

  • An innovative range of fitness classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Les Mills Body Pump, Spinning, Basic Training, specialized prenatal fitness and post-rehabilitation programs.

  • Registered dietitians to help you maximize your health and nutrition to have more energy, transition to a plant-based diet, lose weight or develop a special diet for a health condition.

New Synergy Program

Giving people the tools to stay healthy is as important as helping them when they are sick. By encouraging healthy lifestyles, we can reduce the risk of preventable diseases such as stroke, diabetes, and heart disease.

This eight week Lifestyle 365 program will motivate you to stay on track as you make healthful choices that enhance your physical and mental well-being. Each of the experiential sessions is designed to help you reach your personal health goals. You will gain confidence as you learn to eat healthier, exercise more, build stress resilience and gain practical tools and techniques to keep you on track.
