Located at the St. Jude Centers for Rehabilitation and Wellness, Synergy offers a more focused environment than traditional gyms as well as an innovative array of classes. We offer classes for every intensity level-from post-rehabilitation and physical therapy programs to active adult fitness and weekend warrior performance training. Synergy also offers a full spectrum of health promotion and wellness services such as individual and family nutrition consultation, and stress management training.

Whether you're interested in getting help overhauling the way you eat, learning how to overcome emotional barriers that sabotage success, or just have a fantastic workout-Synergy can help.

Synergy offers:

  • An innovative range of fitness classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Les Mills Body Pump, Spinning, Basic Training, specialized prenatal fitness and post-rehabilitation programs.

  • Specialized classes and programs for individuals at all fitness levels.

  • Registered dietitians to help you maximize your health and nutrition to have more energy, transition to a plant-based diet, lose weight or develop a special diet for a health condition.

  • Well Life Coaches to help you achieve your goals and overcome obstacles, such as emotional eating or negative self-talk.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offers intensive training in the use of mindfulness meditation and gentle mindful yoga to help cope with stress, pain and illness.
The techniques and practices taught in this course complement conventional medical treatment and preventive health practices by mobilizing and strengthening your body’s innate resources for healing and responding to stress.
