Our Pediatric Unit provides quality medical and nursing care to children requiring general medical and surgical services. The 12-bed Unit cares for children from infancy to age 13. Our certified pediatric nursing staff specializes in family-centered care, allowing parents to be involved in many aspects of a child's care.

Parents are encouraged to spend the night with their child as well as participate in baths and mealtimes: a cot and meal trays are provided for parents. A well-stocked Play Room includes numerous toys, games and videos, as well as the most popular “cure” in the hospital: mobile Nintendo Play Stations that can be moved into any child’s room.

While parents of hospitalized children may visit anytime, visiting hours for friends and relatives are 11 a.m– 8 p.m, seven days a week.
