Support groups aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which caregivers can talk with each other about thier issues and concerns. We combine the benefits of mutual support with educational materials that are related to coping with caregiving. Someof the topics may include: preventing burnout, stress reduction, decreasing feelings of guilt/frustration, and coping with role reversal.
