• We offer something more than a friendly "good bye and good luck" upon discharge. Each new mom is given an appointment for two to three days after delivery at the St. Jude Mother Baby Wellness Center. A specially trained nurse spends an hour with the new mom and baby, providing a head-to-toe assessment of baby’s physical progress, as well as answering mom’s questions and concerns. This innovative program identifies problems early, and provides critical education and support to new parents.
