At St. Jude, board certified otolaryngologists and licensed audiologists provide high quality inpatient and outpatient services to individuals of all ages, from infancy to geriatric. Our professionals specialize in successfully determining the cause and extent of hearing loss, allowing effective treatment and medical management.

Our comprehensive diagnostic services include: newborn hearing screening, pediatric and adult evaluations, impedance audiometry, electronystagmography (ENG), hearing aid evaluation and fittings, and brainstem evoked response audiometry (BSER).

St. Jude is one of Orange County's only hospitals accredited to provide evaluation and follow-up care for newborns. Offering sophisticated age-appropriate diagnostic testing, our audiology staff is experienced in identifying hearing loss in newborns and children. Infants and children identified with hearing loss not reversible by surgical or medical treatment, are evaluated for hearing aids. Follow-up assessments, treatment, and resource referrals are also provided.
