Prenatal Classes and Services
We offer a wide range of classes to not only help you prepare for labor and delivery, but help you succeed in your new role of "mom." From breastfeeding workshops to infant massage classes, we make it easy to learn the skills and get the support you need to help your newborn thrive.

Pre-Registration
To make your life a little easier on the day of your delivery, we encourage you to complete your hospital registration form by the 15th week of your pregnancy. Pre-admission forms are available from your obstetrician or click here to download the form.
Please complete and sign the form, including a copy of both sides of your insurance card and mail or fax it to:

Once you've returned the pre-admission form, all you need to bring to the hospital is your insurance card and any forms required by your insurance company. If you have any questions regarding the pre-registration process, please call us at (800) 870-7537.
Packing Your Labor Bag
By the end of your 36th week you should have a bag packed and ready to go. Click here to print a list of necessities as well as a few extras that might make your hospital visit more comfortable.
Cesarean Delivery
If you and your OB/GYN have planned for you to have a C-section, it is important to be prepared. Click here for information on having a cesarean delivery.
Check-In
When you arrive to deliver your baby, please check-in at the Harbor Lobby and you will be directed to the Labor/Delivery Unit.
Parking
Valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Harbor entrance to the medical center for a fee of $3 per day. There is also self-parking available for a maximum of $5 per day. Self-parking fees apply Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Discounted daily, weekly and monthly passes are available in the Admitting Department, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days a week.
Visitation
In the Labor/Delivery unit, we encourage you to discuss your plans with your nurse when you arrive at the hospital. Based on your needs and condition, our staff will work to accommodate your requests.
After your baby is born and you have been moved to the Mother-Baby Unit, we recommend visitation only until 8 p.m. to allow for adequate rest for you and your baby. Siblings of your newborn may visit with adult supervision.
