Good medicine is about much more than simply writing a prescription. Teaching parents how they can impact their child's health is essential: for instance, why giving an antibiotic for a cold doesn't work, or why giving your child over-the-counter cough medications may not accomplish very much. The more information and education I can offer parents and families, the more easily they can improve their child's health and well-being.

It is the most wonderful feeling to watch my patients grow strong and healthy, and know I've played a role in that. In addition to being board-certified in pediatrics, I'm also board certified in neonatology and particularly enjoy helping infants thrive.
