Dr. Openshaw has worked with medical and geriatric patients at St. Jude Medical Center for over 20 years, addressing the psychological consequences of stroke, cardiac problems, spinal cord injury and chronic illness. He has extensive experience helping individuals or couples with relationship concerns, stress management, depression and anxiety, including OCD and panic disorder. Dr. Openshaw is a practitioner of short-term, solution-focused therapy, and most difficulties are addressed in fewer than 12 sessions.
