Complaint Resolution and Grievances

If you have questions or concerns about your care, the patient relations specialist is available to help you better understand the healthcare environment, resolve problems, provide information, and address ethical concerns. You can contact a patient relations specialist by calling (714) 992-3000, ext. 3749, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After business hours, or on weekends and holidays, contact the charge nurse or nursing supervisor at (714) 871-3280.
