Yoga
Yoga is the physical movement of creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. The term yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. This is done through the performance of standard poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. It is a wonderful activity for those of all ages and fitness levels. While yoga poses are a constant, the series or approach will vary depending on class type and instructor.
