Pre-operative Prostatectomy Class

Community Classes & Lectures

This class provides men and their families with information regarding prostate surgery. Topics include what to expect before surgery, during your hospital stay, and when you return home. We'll also cover pelvic rehabilitation exercises and tools used to improve recovery and functioning.

The class is taught by a prostate cancer nurse navigator, a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation, and a registered nurse trained in caring for patients who've had a prostatectomy.

Please plan to attend prior to surgery.
