  • Increased access to specialty care for the uninsured by recruiting two additional volunteer specialists at our clinics and partnering with Access OC to provide 19 free surgeries at Super Surgery Saturday in November
  • Impacted childhood obesity by implementing the Healthy for Life program in six schools in our service area, implementing the Fullerton Healthy Neighborhood Initiative, expanding the Vida Sana Program and working with eight St. Jude Heritage Healthcare pediatric providers to implement standardized childhood obesity protocols at well-child visits
  • Supported the Nurse Advice Line and introduced a Care Navigation Program to reduce inappropriate emergency department visits and decrease hospital readmissions.
